No idea why people have had such bad experiences with fedex. I didn’t face any difficulty, in fact my order was delivered two days early. I didn’t have to call the customer care, or contact anyone, so I cannot comment on that aspect, hence the average rating. My parcel was delivered well before time to my home with no need of a single call.
I guess it varies from city to city and locality to locality. Me personally I found it quite decent.
Didn’t face any hassles, and while there were some shipping exceptions I still got my parcel on time. The parcel was from Punjab to Pune.
