I ordered a watch online and the watch was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of November. Thats what the Fedex tracker showed me. I follow up the entire day to reach the delivery boy, yet I dont get his number. And, in the night of 6th, the customer care tells me the ordered was not delivered to me as my office was closed. Trust me, the delivery guy did not even bother to call me and clarify. He, on his own, decided my office is shut and did not deliver me the product. The next day I asked to schedule it, the customer care says the delivery office is closed for 2 working days for Diwali. Am I responsible to take these shits? I did not get my product yet today being 8th Nov. Fedex is a pathetic courier service. I want the FedEx team to read this AND IMPROVE.
