I had purchased a printer from Infibeam on 11th October order no.22916703 they had shipped it from FEDEX tracking no. 771467707393. FEDEX promised to deliver by 18th October.
Today is 21st October I am yet to get the printer. I had called FEDEX several times they are saying it is in Navi Mumbai since 18th October, I am staying in Thane.I don’t know when I will get the printer. hope it is not lost in transit. local companies are faster than this. when called they are giving excuses like backlog due to e-commerce etc.
