As much worst I say it would be less for me.
Ordered a product which was arriving from Bangalore to my address which is little bit interior from the big city Kolkata. It arrived Kolkata as usual with no issue. After that the actual incident started. It was there in Kolkata for a week. I became too much worried about the product whether it would reach me or not. After that I contacted their customer care. Their executives were repeatedly telling me that it will arrive to you by tomorrow. But it didn’t. Repeatedly contacting to customer service, they were telling same words again and again. Going with all these incidents it was more than 14 days extra. Finally, it reached me after 15 days of delay to my address through an Amazon delivery executive.
Really they need to improve their networks in the interior areas. Or else I would suggest not to ship any parcel through this courier if anyone leaves in any interior areas.
