Once you place an order, the dress may not be upto the mark as shown on website. When you ask for a return they only give store credit for you to buy another dress. So far I exchanged 4 times and didn’t like any of their dresses as each of them had some issue.
Then I sincerely asked for a refund of my hard earned money but they are refusing.
No proper sensible person to speak to and explain the problem.
The person I spoke to said I am not allowed to give my phone to the manager. Means they get multiple such calls and they don’t want to return your money.
Wow, in today’s day and age of instant karma this company thinks they will get away with this fraud.
