Femina Magazine service-worse than pathetic

I had subscribed to Femina Magazine for more then 4 months ago. The executive who came to get the subscription done gave me an offer where I had to pay some amount extra and will be getting a gift (some manicure kit and a lip gloss). Which I agreed and made the extra payment.


I have been following for more then 3 months now with there call centre but no luck. Secondly there call centre services are as pathetic as there delivery of magazines. High hold times and more then half of the time the supervisor named pratiksha is neither available nor ready to come on line. If I am lucky enough and get her on line the standard verbiage is given to me that you will get your gift hamper by 3 days but still I am waiting. Thirdly I had also complained on there website which as per the call centre executive I was suppose to get a reply in some 24-48 hours but still waiting for the reply.


Really the service is as opposite of there image of there magazine.
