My sister consulted at Hyderguda branch throughout her pregnancy and finally when she was due in her 9th month and we went for a regular consultation, they said the baby’s heartbeat is sinking when it was actually 160+. And without our consent they prepared my sister for a c section while even she was unaware of what is happening until they broke her water sac.
My sister was getting pains for normal yet they tried to emotionally manipulate my sister telling that its a risk for baby and they have to go for c section.
They brought the consent papers after giving anasthesia to her. My sister thought she is going for normal.
Talking about the treatment inside OT. It is inhumane! The treat you like animals.
Some duty doctors who come on rounds everyday were also rude and indifferent when we were expressing pain in the stitches. Totally disheartened and dissatisfied. Would never recommend this hospital to anybody. There were other patients who went through such trauma. There weas another patient whose stitches ruptured and in all this pain the emergency consultation makes you wait for a min of 4 hours.
The essence and aesthetics of FERNANDEZ has completely diminished with the kind of service they are giving now.
