I wanted to send my friend a birthday cake. I placed the order on the previous day night and chose the fixed time delivery option for 11 AM next day morning. The cake was delivered by 11:20 AM and I got a sms confirmation that the order has been delivered. My friend immediately called and confirmed that he got the cake .
The cake wasn’t bad either. It looked different from the picture on the website though, so do not expect the exact thing. I was really scared to trust the site after reading many bad reviews . But looks like they have improved their process and service after all the complaints.
