I have placed an order for my friends birthday. While placing the order delivery date was same. but post payment and by the evening, delivery date had been changed to the next day. I called to the customer care they ensure me for the delivery of my order on the same day. But they didnt do so due to non-availability of their delivery partner and they again ensure me for the delivery of my order by next morning. I cooperated with them and agreed to the same but even by the next day Evening order status was on Hold. I was fully fed up and called them multiple times for the delivery of my order But every time they had different words. If one said order will be placed by EOD for sure then other said selected items are out of stock. After so many follow ups till evening they finally had cancelled my order even without my concern. They just had simply wasted my time and spoiled my mood & surprise.
My simple question is that, If you dont have proper items in your stock and delivery partners to place our order then why are you accepting the order?
We are not expecting this kind of poor service and behavior from FNP like brand.
