Today was my daughter’s birthday and had ordered rich truffle cake, cake was delivered late though I was charged for standard delivery, also no message was written on the cake, to top it up, they didn’t even have candles but I was charged 100rs and instead of candles sent 5 cadbury 10rs chocolate which was completely melted, so embarrassing in front of the guests, these ppl ruined her birthday, never going to order anything from ferns and petals, very unprofessional, no apology, no compensation nothing, instead very rude and not directing me the correct phone number,
