I had ordered a plant(Order number:1566141) from Ferns and Petals( https://fnp.com). The product delivered was a dead plant with a low quality pot completely different from what was shown in the image while purchasing. Contacted FnP multiple times on mail and phone. They asked me to share images of product which I did. But they haven’t responded since then despite numerous requests despite accepting on phone that the product is faulty and making false promises to get it replaced. I paid Rs. 699 for this product. Their pathetic delivery and service not only did spoil the occasion for which I had ordered this plant as a gift to someone but also caused a lot of harassment to me as a consumer. It seems that FnP is not bothered at all and they do not care about the consumer once the product is sold.
