I had ordered a cake with Ferns N Petals to be delivered to Chennai on my friend’s birthday and I had a good experience. This is my first time with FnP and I am very impressed with their service. I received regular SMS and mails informing me about the status of my order and I could check the status of delivery in their site.
Whenever I called their customer service number, there was always somebody to address my concerns. They did deliver the cake on time and the cake they provided was really awesome and was from a very good bakery chain in Chennai.
Even though my friend’s name was written wrongly on the cake, I could ignore that minor mistake since FnP’s service was really good. I will strongly recommend FnP to my friends.
