Pathetic Service. They should not even think of being in the Services Industry. The Order number OR-12728848 was placed on 5th Feb so as to be delivered on 10th of Feb. When not received till 3 PM I called up the Customer Care to understand the status of the order.
The guy said it will be delivered by 6 PM. 7:30 PM I called up again, the dude says the order is yet to be shipped. I asked for Order to be cancelled because there was no fun receiving it a day later when it was intended to be delivered.
He syncs up with his supervisor and now they say that the order is with the courier company and they have no responsibility of whether the Courier Company delivers in time or not. Well Done Guys, You need a kick in your . No Proactive Approach.The worst part is the customer care who don’t know why are they sitting there.
