I placed an expensive 10 thousand rupee order for Rakhi gift delivery to my brother in Australia and there is no accountability. These cheats have not delivered anything. And when I called them they said we will update you in 48 hours. Customer care Jyothi and Rayyan are the worst - were very rude and behaving like it’s my fault for asking questions. Order number 17411990 is not accounted for and they are happy to just insult and abuse their customers. DO NOT Trust FNP. Ferns and Petals are absolute cheats and will not give you any information after they take your money.
They are rude and absolutely just fraudulent. I will be filing a complaint against them in Consumer Court. FNP - you guys are terrible and untrustworthy.
