I had placed cake order only after checking that they can deliver as per their norms. Since order was not delivered as per and I was still waiting I called local franchise. They said "I will deliver as per my norms and not ferns n petals. " To which I said I have already paid money as per it, he replied "aapko jo karna hian kar lo. Mera aisa hi hain. Talk to Ferns and not me".
Ferns customer care is very difficult to reach. I had dropped 5/6 emails, online complaint no response. Phone option works on for New Order! My advise to those who want to give complaint on phone: Use option to place new order, and then say I want to give complaint! When I did this the person said "Sir this is wrong dept. I will transfer".
I said "They are not responding.".
He said"Now they will".
I heard him saying to someone "yaar ye wala le le"!
After lot of arguing I was promised apology email within "10 mins". More than 2 hours, I havent even received the apology letter, leave aside the cake that I paid for.
Location of delivery: Aurangabad.
If you are so convinced to use FnP, my request would be please do not use atleast for Aurangabad! I have experienced it. I dont want others to feel that pain!
