I had booked midnight delivery for my fiance’s birthday in mangalore. Booked from Mumbai. And trust me...i really liked the service.As soon as I booked the order, within 2 mins I got a call from FnP and they confirmed the order in phone itself and the payment was made.
I wasnt expecting that they will deliver the flowers, cake and a teddy on time as the delivery address is in very remote area.But thanks to FnP; the delivery was made exactly at 12:00 sharp. the chocolate cake was of good quality (brand: CRUMS) , the flowers were freash and nicely wrapped as mentioned in the product specifications and the teddy was also as per described.
Really had a wonderful service with Ferns and Petals. My fiance also loved the surpise very much. They made my day. They could improve a little with their online ordering. The website takes time to load. Also they could add more varieties in their product range. They need to train their franchisee a bit as they were little less helpful with this. So I had no option but to order it online which I refrain from doin.But overall I suggest Ferns and Petals and there is no or little competition for them in the market. So u have no choice left :)
