I would like to share my experience with FNP. I placed an order for rakhi on 6th of Aug 2011 which was supposed to delivered on 12th August I tried contacting FNP customer care several times on 12th after a long hold every time the customer care executive gave me the same response every time that it will take another 2 hours and it be delivered this continued till evening and in evening they told me the address which I gave is wrong(recipient address Is the address on which I m sending all my parcels from past one year and never faced an issue.) after giving the address and other contact details again they told me tat it will be delivered soon .on 13th( rakhi day) when It was still un delivered I spoke to FNP again and they asked me contact Blue Dart as the courier is sent to them even when I was FNP customer I was forced to contact Blue dart . Blue dart support was minimal .today is 18th august and still my rakhi is undelivered . The best part is I have no update from FNP about delivery failure even today when I called them they said they will deliver it soon.
The services are worst then post office services and charges are too high. I request you to learn lesson from my experience and use normal courier services to get the things delivered.
Worst of service and customer care. never fall for the false and fancy promise.
