It was my husband’s birthday, the very first one after marriage. I ordered a bouquet from ferns n petals.and I am so glad I just ordered the bouquet from them and not anything else. They were supposed to deliver it in in Bangalore some 12 kms from Whitefield.
They failed to deliver the same and cancelled the order all by themselves. They were supposed to deliver it in the morning and till afternoon 5pm there was no update. When I called them up, they confirmed that they will deliver it by 9pm. After an hr or so, I received an sms stating that the order was cancelled, it was shocking. Later I came to know from my husband that the guy who was supposed to deliver the bouquet was even rude to him over the phone, when he tired to give him the direction.
Disgusting! The order was cancelled 7 days before and I have not yet received the re-fund.
