I ordered Order No 7933616 on 22nd Nov to deliver on 28th Nov 2018, well in advance. They promised to deliver and took the order. Nobody went there or delivered on 28th. I got a message saying they tried to deliver on 29th but nobody was there. It was a lie. Whole of 28th and 29th morning the recipient was waiting. Nobody even bothered to phone the recipient. I raised a compliant . Now they are lying and saying they tried to deliver on 28th morning. They closed my complaint ticket. They took my money, not delivered, lied and closed my complaint ticket. This is a clear cheating.
