I used Ferns and Petals recently to send flowers and a cake to Hyderabad. The whole process was pretty painless.
I got confirmation from my fairer half that the flowers and cake were delivered(by a very enthusiastic lad, apparently) on the date specified, which was one day after I placed the order. More importantly, the items very closely matched the photos on the web site. Hooray!
Didn’t have the need to interact with their customer service, so cannot comment about the customer service experience.
Only suggestion for an otherwise functional and well-laid out web site is to include more product descriptions.
I will very likely use this service again.
