I booked a order on 3rd for delivery on 4th Dec in Lucknow with the following:
Sweet combo birthday.
1) Flowers - 15 received in drooping condition on 4th Dec - attaching the photograph wrapped in newspaper and a bow at the bottom. No red paper nothing.
2) Cake - Received on 4th.
3) Chocolate - 5 Cadbury’s - did not receive on 4th. Finally delivered on 6th when I read the slip. Before that the delivery boy had no intention to give the chocolates.
3) Soft toy - did not receive on 4th. Finally delivered on 6th which was in pathetic condition, looking old, dusty as well as having yellow spots

I am highly disappointed by the service of FnP. I am going to put this review here with photographs so that nobody is duped by fnp.com
