My experience with F&P is pathetic. I ordered a flowers on my wife’s birthday and give instructions to delivered that on a particular time so that I can surprise my wife and I planned the day accordingly. Flowers didn’t delivered on that particular time and when I called their customer care, didn’t get any positive response. They delivered after 4 hours from my given time. I have to change all the plan for the day because of their carelessness. When I told them this issue, they didn’t bother as they already got online payment.
