Okay so I almost didnt use their website for their services, but im glad I trusted my instinct and past experience with their store, that I finally decided to go ahead with their services, and I WAS SOOOO HAPPY WITH IT. So I decided to place my order on saturday for something that I had to send on monday.
There are a million other websites that use ferns n petals as their vendor so why not directly contact them. So I placed my order and everything, but went off to sleep without providing confirmation, because of 13.5 hour time difference with india.
I woke up next morning with a lot of requests for confirmation. I really panicked because I felt that my order wont reach as desired. I couldnt contact the person I wanted on sunday, even though other people were unavailable I wanted to stick to the person I placed my order with. Monday morning came, (Sunday night for me),
I was really panicking because delivery had to be made by afternoon, and I hadnt confirmed my order on time. Luckily, I got a quick response from ferns n petals, they quickly processed my order, by then I also added a cake to my order, sent my respective messages for on the cake and with flowers. We confirmed it in a span of 20 mins, exchanging quick emails back and forth.
And finally I was relieved as I was told that my order would be delivered before 3pm. I also included special delivery instructions and to leave package incase recipient unavailable. Before when I wanted my order to go through I scheduled it for 1:30pm but failed to confirm. an hour and a half later I get a msg from my boyfriend, saying he recieved everything.
The flowers were super fresh, the cake was delicious. my msg was written exactly as I wanted, specially on the cake. it reached on my desired delivery time. they were great with customer service and payment. lots of websites charge very badly to send cake and flowers to india, but they charge in INR, which is very easy. I will definitely go back to them for future ocassions.
