They promised international order. I had booked a cake and bouque for Birthday of my daughter-in-law for her first post wedding birthday. I had scheduled 15 days before. Unfortunately for the date I had scheduled they had already planned some outstation so I requested fnp to prepone the date or postpone the date. I literally had to beg them, they were completely non-co-operative. They said they can no reschedule? how can it be. I still can’t understand. Then I requested them to cancel the order, they said they can not cancel. Dear friends, please understand International booking is very expensive. I had paid about 17, 500/- after 5% discount. But they are not ready to reschedule or cancel. Now my big gift of bouque is going to lay at the door and my dear daughter-in-law will get dried bouque after she returns from her b"day bash. I am heart broken and helpless. I am cursing myself why I believed their service? My hard earned money which I used to please my DIL went into drain?
