I ordered a Diwali combo pack for my fiance who stays in US. It contained sweets and silver coins and I placed the order on 21st OCT, 2011. I was assured by the customtakeouter support that the order would be delivered by 25th or latest by 26th Oct. I spent Rs. 2170/- for the combo pack.
I did not get the order summary on my email address so I called them thrice and requested them to send the order summary, but till date I have not received any kind of mail from them.
To add to my disappointment the order has not even reached as on today that is 27th Oct, 2011.
I spoke to the customtakeouter support and the lady told me the details shows that I have requested it to reach on 27th Oct.
I don’t understand when we place order for Diwali why will I want it reach a day after that. Still the customtakeouter support did not give me any assurance that the order will reach today.
She told me to write to query@fnp.com. I did write to them and still have not got any clarification on the same.
In all I would just like to say that once you have paid the money you are left to your own fate. The customtakeouter support is useless and not at all helpful. There is no value for your money and are not bothered for the timely delivery of the products.
I will never ever order anything from Ferns and Petals and would reccommend people not to fall prey to Ferns and Petals.
