Two bad experiences
a) At a store. Got flowers. There was a Rs 100 extra charge. When I asked why. They had wrapped the base with 2 thin sheets. I told them those sheets are always included at every florist, and besides they cost no more than Rs 10 each. They insisted it was Rs 50 each. Felt cheated
b) Online. Ordered a customized t-shirt. The product received was made of cheap polyester, had a smudge on the custom picture, and was not size 40 as mentioned on site(Large/40). The site description does not mention material. When asked for a return and refund, the response was - we will give you 20 percent off on your next order.
Dont want to deal with this brand ever again.
