They are out and out cheats, will invariably deliver the shipment way later than the committed time. And they take you for a ride whenever they can. I paid for a Cadbury Bandhan pack in some combo gift pack, and they delivered a cheap 10 rs cadbury bar to a recipient.
When I complained to them, they told me that since the chocolate box was out of stock, they have delivered the available choice, now how dumb and obvious is that!! I have been cheated twice now by these guys. I will strongly advise against buying the products or/and services of these unscrupulous people.
