Horrible Service. Have been ordering with Ferns n Petals, since past 5 years in other cities.
First time, used their Tirupati branch. Ordered flowers, cake and soft toy as an anniversary gift, 5 days before the date.
Now, that day, no delivery even in the evening. Got a mail that they are changing the cake flavor. No calls from them asking me if I was fine with the change. Called them up - okay fine, just deliver whatever you have.
Still by late evening no delivery - mailed them - got standard response that they will deliver for sure. Waited for few hours. Called them up at 9 in the night.
No delivery and still the same response of getting it delivered. As per their policy it has to delivered latest by 9 PM. What is the use of delivering when the whole family is asleep and entire day has passed.
Will never order from FNP again for sure. Faced a lot of trouble and upset moods because of late delivery.
