Ive placed Rakhi order long back fom FernsnPetal(https://fernsnpetal.com/) and today(date of festival) I receive email about my order saying its going to deliver within 3 working days.
I was not happy with this and called customer care asked the reason, but there was not satisfying reason. Then I asked for compensation, as my son(who is staying aboard) lost his festival day where he should get gift from her sister and same was not got. I asked customer care to make my order free(i.e. deliver product to address and return my money back). As customer care Agent couldnt do it, I asked manager(Ayan Kar) and even he reject to do same. I am not happy with service who couldnt deliver product within given advance time.
I am very sad and will not do any transaction further and also warn others about this.
