Ferozepur is known for its rich history and its role in the freedom movement of the country. I visit this city in November last year with my friend. My friend have relatives in ferozepur so we shay that their home . its this very nice and green city. Their are alot of historical and wonderful Gurudwara and parks.
The Saragarhi Memorial Gurudwara was constructed to honour the 21 Sikh soldiers who belonged to the 36th Sikh Regiment. we see place is the sutlej river and India Pakistan border.
The Food was very healthy and tasty after that we went for sight-seeing and shopping.The most Attractive thing in ferozepur is the daily parade practice of Indian soldiers I see this parade 3 times its was really great experience. The Shaheed Bhagat Singh Memoria has been built here to pay tribute to the great freedom fighter currently it the brigade of the Northern Corps of Indian Army has its headquarters in Ferozepur. It is a preferred destination for bird watchers and nature lovers.
I see some different birds too that I never see before anywhere else .we enjoy Boating in a lake near the border it was really good experience.The best time to visit the city is during the winter months when the temperatures go down because in summer its really so hot. Their are lot of hotels to stay for those who come for vacations.
