I am a freelance automobile and gadget expert so I can say that the grande punto (emotion pack, multijet) is one of the best hatchback in the world, but the company does not entertain your queries or problems. even the CEO corner is not responsive.
If in future we get some major problems in the car or teased by dealers, suffered by unavailability of parts, then I do not think that anybody will help us. They have many links to contact but they dont have any link to answer. thats why I must say buy it at your own risk.
