Not sure if they are correct about speed what they promise .recently the internet speed for my connection was reduced and I was not even able to open any links.and when I called up the customer service they confirmed that my quota of down load is over and the speed will get reduced automatically and the same will be increased when the billing cycle starts again.
After this I checked the internet speed and find that it showed 25 Mbps.it looks they have a technology to show an increased speed which is not the real speed enjoyed by us.if you have opted 40 mbps, you will just get 1 or 2 mbps but the speed meter will still show 25 mbps.very strange
I am sure people familiar with the technology can clarify this.it is a shock to me .
