Finedge India Pvt Ltd BPO which is no more active however they have different segments still working. I joined them in 2005 as a senior person for their Vodafone process. I would say it was my need for the job so I decided to join them even after looking at their poor infrastructure and less salary benefits. However day by day it became to adjust in such a working environment where your boss is not co coordinating or politics is being played everywhere . There were no growth opportunities, only for those who were boss favorites. No managed cafeteria, no one was there to maintain the basic hygiene of washroom, no soaps, no tissues and most of the time washrooms were flooded with wastage and used to stink like hell. For how long a company can survive with such a poor condition. Finally they decided to shut down the process.
