I have purchased their so called very attractive offer of holidays and gifts at rs. 6990. When I got the package I found that they sent me Giordano watch as a gift. I don’t know about the watch but it was not so genuine.
Now when I asked them to book my holiday for Udaipur, they asked me to pay the form and write down 3 holiday choices, they will give me booking wherever they have vacant hotel. If I am not getting in Udaipur but I dont want to go anywhere else then it’s not allowed. Once I have used the coupon I have to go otherwise coupon will be gone and can not be used again even if I don’t want to go anywhere. So this was hiden truth, how would anyone chose holidays from their small list of 10 places. they should give guaranteed booking to only 1 selected place.
So, I did not like this thing and so I asked them to cancel the package and refund me the payment I paid. So they asked me to return the gifts and all( which are totally waste) to their office, I sent them within 3 days and they refunded me.
Company is genuine but the offers.
