I take this flight small town from indonesia pekanbaru at 2010.
this flight connect from indonesia to kolkata.but transit from malaysia city subang.when I was bording from indonesia firefly counter they dont told me I need a trasit visa for subang airport and I also think malysia have on arival visa at malsysia for indian cityzen. but when I was arrive at tht airport and immgrasion dont want give me teasit visa beouse subang airport dont have on arival or trasit visa facility. im at big problm tht time. then immgrasion say its not ur fault its airline fault beco THEY dont told u when ur going to collect it boreding pass from they airline counters. then imgrassion officer call airlines then they are give us lunch becozz we are not eating anything yet.and give us taxi rent for kul airport and thet drop us for next flight
but really its very big problms for me.
its very bad airlines .small plane and very cheep.landing and take of very sacre . overall im always avoid this plane in future.
