I purchased some books from FlipKart.com and they sent them by FirstFlight courier. The package was supposed to be delivered in 3-business days, but it actually arrived on the 6th business day.
Their web-site tracking never seems to work. It always says "contact customer service for details". When I call them about tracking my package, they always give some excuse "system slow or down", "we will get back to you" etc etc. When the package was finally delivered, I asked the delivery person about the delay. And he said that they usually deliver once or twice a week when they have enough packages to justify a delivery round. WHAT!
Anyway, I am just happy that I got my books - better late than never. And I now also have the address & phone number of the local FirstFlight office so that I can atleast check with them when I am expecting a delivery. Atleast the delivery person was courteous and helpful.
