Please do not opt for First Flight Courier. First of all, you cannot track your shipment via the internet simply because it is not updated at all. When I asked them over phone about why, they said they "cannot reveal this information on website." This is the service I get after paying 440 for a 1 KG parcel. It has been 11 days and my parcel has not reached.
When I inquire over phone about its whereabouts, I learn that it is sitting in one of the via States for the last 8 days. Every time I call, they say, "your shipment will reach by tomorrow" or "we have problems with this branch and that branch", "offices were closed because it was a holiday there".
