One lesson which I learn from this courier service is, if you have anything urgent and time bound delivery needs, Then this is really bad idea to go along First Flight Courier service.
with such a pathetic service, how are they surviving in such market? it is worse than our indian normal postal service.
In my case:
simple parcel booked on 20-sep from delhi to dimapur, reached guwahati on 21-sep, after that it is almost non-trackable.I am not bothered much whether it reaches on time, rather calling on any of the customer care no.(Delhi or Guwahati), nobody pickup a call, and internet web-tracking showing the details updated on 21st Sept, even though today is 25-sep. I e-mailed on customer care email-id, where it was promised to reply within 24 hour, it is already 48 hours gone, no reply.
It might be stuck somewhere in their usual transport systems, but my expectation was to track it to level of regional offices granularity. But this expectation they couldn’t meet.
So be very careful next time, otherwise you will also be facing such problems.Please pass this message to all who want to use courier service at any point of time.
