I was one of those unfortunate customers in Bangalore who ordered Jiva products online by paying the full amount on 20/6/2015 believing their sweet words - delivery within 5-7 days they said. It then turned out to be a nightmare for me, with no trace of my parcel in spite of repeated calls to both First Flight courier and Jiva.
I came to know today, on the 5th of May that after 16 days the courier company lost the delivery address and the recipient name. I feel cheated and want to disassociate from First Flight and Jiva. Please be careful in dealing with both Jiva and First Flight. I will be more than happy to provide a negative rating for both. Please don’t get cheated.
