No doubt that in the present time it is a era of technology so if we need to send any document to any other place then we can use mail whatsapp and fax but if we need original hard copy then there is courier and post services has its own importance but before six month before I have a bed experience with FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS.
I have a branch of utiitsl company in my city and for a project run by indian government I have deposited security amount to the company and in march 2015 company closed the project bcz indian government changed the project model now it is only run by banks called atal pension yojna so I demand my security amount refund to company. then company demand a cancelled check of my firm account then I send it from this courier service and it is not delivered or not returned to me till now I made contact many time to the office but they never give me any satisfactory answer.
company must take some look on there services for improvement
