Liza here, Today im going to share my irksome experience about a courier service - first Flight.I bought a induction cooker from an online shopping website, than since than started my journey of exasperation.
I got a message from online shopping stating that my order was booked & shall be delivered in 3-4 days via first flight.
After 4 days excluding sunday when I called up the call center of website they gave me some AWB number, when I tried tracking the parcel on the couriers website & I was shocked to find the the AWB didnt match.
This ordeal continued for more 15days & no one had resolution to it & finally they said that the ecommerce website ha decided to refund my amount since the courier has lost parcel.
My concern here is first flight didnt have customer service in place. When the ordered was booked on the very next day I got SMS that your order is shipped & will be delivered soon.
I have written several mails to their seniors but all in vain.
so next time when your parcel gets assigned to first flight than be rest asure that you wont get it.
