Big -Ve is that they dont pick up and deliver on weekends. I would say that’s major flaw.
Responsiveness was gone once the contract was signed
Quality of packing was not upto the mark for the international movement
Delivery was done thru some local vendor here and he created lot of issues in delivering it as per the needs
