I worked with first source, Bangalore for 2 months this year. The interview rounds were very simple and I got placed for non voice process of NOW TV. They promised gross salary of 12, 888. The induction programme and training went well. My first pay was 11500 and I was shocked’. I didn’t mind because it was first month. Second month I had taken one leave and they deducted 2000 without notice and I was credited with just 10888. The company’s pay is too less. The work window was for 9 hours and three breaks between.
They take aways 3600 as cab charges. The incentives was really poor for my process ranging from 0-2500. They deduct money in every possible way and pay you very less. More of work and less of pay
