I had placed a order with the website on the 19th of Sept and was assured of delivery of books in 20-25 days. The money was duly debited form my card. After a few days, I checked the site to see the status as: "Not available, procuring from other warehouse". However, there was no mail/calls to me on the same.
After waiting for more than 40 days, I re-checked, only to find the website is no longer operational. Assuming it to be a temporary condition, I sent them a mail on the 29th of September 2010. There was no response to my mail. I have send them many reminders without any response. The website has been down for 20 days now .
These people seem to be big-time fraudsters. I am extremely frustrated with my one-time experience with them.
Any idea/suggestions on how to lodge a complaint will be appreciated.
