This was quite a good site. They have started new sections like children’s books, music, magazines etc. Help desk is not responsive.
Though could include a synopsis of the books (which is true in a majority of the cases).
They are also quite clear on the shipping terms and conditions and the display of the orders placed on the site. firstandsecond.com also have special schemes for college going students (affiliate) etc.
The site has steadily deteriorated with orders not being fulfilled on time, help desk not responsive.
The site has started two brick & mortar stores in Delhi & Noida, but don’t know the response to them.
