In the desperation to grow the business, firstcry compromised on the quality of products and loyalty of the customer.
I have been a long time customer of firstcry and most of the times, used to get decent deals, and the delivery used to be on time.
Off late the quality of the products is poor, delivery is awful, wouldnt happen without a couple of reminder calls and mostly never with in two weeks time.
The final frustration for me was the last purchase I made. A weeks time after my purchase, firstcry cancelled my order citing non availability of the product.
How can they list a product that is not available, and take a weeks time to realise it?
Very poor.
