Poor Service and Incomplete Delivery

I had ordered for a playpen, which had a toy bar in it too. The product was delivered without the toy bar, and everyday I would call customer service and daily someone would make a false promise and finish the call.


I also sent an email to one of its board of directors copying customer care, but no response. I then asked them to refund my money and pick up the product. Am still waiting for a resolution even after 11 days
