Order number 932882MJY282A309. I bought one school trolley bag for my daughter in Sept 2013 and in this Oct it is unusable. After receiving the bag I found there was stability problem i.e. the bag can’t stand by itself. Wrote also the feedback on their site. But when after a month I realize that was a defect and a screw got removed due this then it was late. Surprisingly they have only seven days return policy.
I wish I could have seen the reviews in this forum. Then would never buy the fake or defective product from this site. A Rs.1600 bag is no more usable within a month time.
