I had a very very disappointing experience with Online shopping at firstcry. Shopping at firstccry is like prepay & get calls daily to locate your home. Explain your address for 4 days and end up collecting your order from the main road. The order was at the local courier office for 4 days!!! They expect ladies to go to them with their kids and collect it! When ever you call back and ask for status you get reply that call only after 6:00 PM. I wonder why this particular courier service use only night deliver in Bangalore?
I would rather prefer to buy things from the shop!!! I have ordered from many other websites who were able to do a door delivery but not firstcry!!! Keep on Crying. The worst experience Would suggest not to prepay after seeing the comments at mouthshut!!! Thanks for my last order with them.
