I have ordered Gatsby Shower Gel and a loofah from Goodlife.com which is like a sister concern of Firstcry, both operate on same one payment site on Sep 13, 2012 to JP Nagar Mysore. After three days I got a call from Firstcry express that my courier has arrived and wanted to know the exact location. When he couldnt follow words said by me I doubted and checked the phone number to find it was Bangalores.
Then I showed my displeasure and confirmed the address to be JP Nagar Mysore but not JP Nagar Bangalore. He felt sorry and told that the parcel would be dispatched on the same day so that I receive it on the next day, but the next day has not come yet. When I wrote a complaint regarding the same, the person who replied the mail wasnt having the courtesy to fully read my mail, but replying that the tracking system always doesnt show correct transition of the courier and I get the parcel on 23rd as it is in the tracking system. The person says the tracking system is not accurate and in turn says that I get it by 23rd as noted in the tracking system. This is the second worst service that I am experiencing.
Last time I ordered a pack of diapers only to get harsh reply from first flight courier service and those are the people who stand #1 in customer dissatisfaction. When I complained regarding the same then I got a very lame answer from Firstcry. The same thing happened once with Flipkart and Firstflight but then Flipkart took wonderful measure immediately and disassociated with them and obviously Flipkart are the #1 in services. This Firstcry is probably an organization run by Firstflight I guess, therefore both do not know the value of customers.
Never ever buy from Firstcry or Goodlife as many reviews states either you have to CRY or your GOODLIFE will be spoiled.
